- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Both my husband and I have complete confidence in Bert Hay. He involves patients in all decisions about their treatment. X-rays are viewed and explained and treatment options discussed. Mr Hay uses all the latest techniques and materials. He takes a great pride in his work and is meticulous in his attention to detail. I have total faith in Niall and his team which means that I don't have to dread my appointments - in fact, the friendly attitude and the down to earth atmosphere in the surgery means that most of the time, its more of a 'social' appointment anyway!
